Ladasha And Reggie

I can't remember the exact dates now but for a handful of years this beautiful friend of mine was with my ex husband, the father of my two boys. Her and I over time became great friends, like sisters. We do mom night outs, send all the funny tiktoks daily and she took care of my boys like they were her own. I always was so grateful and lucky for her to be in our lives. Fast forward, their relationship ended as do a lot and that is ok. We remain great friends and still hang out and do our mom nights. That will never change, I have a friend for life as do the boys.

One day... bored as hell during my work shift , I don't know what it was but something told me that she and my coworker should meet. I immediately told him I have a potential person for him. After a few screening questions I had, which he passed lol because I gotta look out for my girl! He was beyond down to meet her and even said that he remembers a photoshoot I posted of her a few years back. He always thought she was beautiful. They met and the rest is history. 6+ months later and they are deeply in love. A love with respect and thoughtfulness . The kind all of us humans wish for. That is why I wanted to do this photoshoot with them. I had a vision in mind and their connection completed it. It was cloudy all day and we were bummed but the sun poked out at the very end while they were on top on a roof. If that's not meant to be I don't know what it is.

I like to think that she met my ex husband for a reason, which was to meet me... so I could introduce her to the love of her and Reggie's life. Love works in mysterious ways sometimes.

And a little moral of the story should be to always keep an eye out for your single friends so they don't have to go on dating apps ! lol
